Five steps to a new professional look

Only a few simple steps stand between you and a professional headshot that speaks for itself.

1. Book Your Session

Choose a date and time that works for you.  Tell me about your needs so I can plan our session.

2. Come to the Studio or wait for the studio to come to you

If you’re coming to the studio everything will be ready and waiting for maximum efficiency.  If the studio is coming to you for an on-location headshot, I will be set-up and ready in 15 minutes.

3. Enjoy the session.  Seriously.

I will guide you through some light poses and prompts that I know will get you the end result that you need but you we will also be having a conversation and sharing a few laughs.  Keeping things light keeps photos looking real.  

4. Delivery

After our session, you pick your favorite images for retouching and receive them in less than a week.

That’s exactly why my sessions are designed to feel relaxed and conversational. I’ll guide you every step of the way so you never have to wonder what to do, and the result is a natural, confident expression that still feels like you.

What should I wear?

I’ll help you choose clothing that fits your profession, personal brand, and where the images will be used—whether that’s LinkedIn, your company website, or marketing materials.  You will receive a session planning guide.

How long does a headshot session take?

Most professional headshot sessions are quick and efficient, making it easy to fit into a busy workday while still giving us enough time to create a polished set of images.  There is no rush – I do not book these back-to-back.  

How quickly will I get my images?

You will receive your retouched images within 1 week of selecting your favorites from our session.  I can usually accommodate urgent needs. 

Can I get professional hair and make-up?

Yes.  I work with a few very talented hair and make-up artists who can be available at your session for an added fee.
